Team Approach
CORM has many different departments to facilitate your care. These departments work together to ensure your infertility issues are met.
Meet the Practitioners - Dr. Vicki Schnell and Dr. Jerry Sims
Role of the Clinical Staff
CORM's clinical staff consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants. They are specially trained in infertility through the attendance of annual meetings, post-graduate courses and conferences. They each play a major role in patient education and coordination of your treatment cycles. They facilitate communication between patients and practitioners. The RN's are trained to perform intra-uterine insemination and follicular ultrasounds. They perform phlebotomy, teach injection training and assist the physicians.

Role of the Embryologists/Andrology Staff
The embryologists maintain the IVF laboratory. They perform ICSI, Assisted Hatching, and provide the right environment for the embryos to develop while they are outside of the female body. They also provide education through an IVF seminar. In this seminar they review quality assurance issues and strict guidelines that are followed in ART procedures performed at CORM. They are available to ask questions and provide reassurance that your embryos are handled with strict ethical guidelines. The andrology staff perform semen analysis and advanced semen tests. They also process endocrine (hormone) testing on site.
